Mechanical Assembly:

Mount projector at 90° to build platform (±0.5° tolerance)

Secure with vibration-damping brackets

Optical Alignment:

Use collimator lens (f=50mm recommended)

Calibrate using alignment target:

X/Y offset < 0.1mm  
Focus uniformity > 95%
